Poster exhibition

We attach particular importance to this conference and would like to invite you and the members of your working group to present your research project at CHOCOTEC.

The posters can be viewed by conference visitors during the breaks and will be presented during the “Poster Slam” and the subsequent “Poster Session” on the evening of December 11, 2024.
The “Poster Slam” offers the opportunity to present your own project in a short presentation in the plenary session.
In addition, an abstract with the most important facts is required from each poster presenter.

The poster may only be exhibited by institute staff or students.
Relevant topics are for example: cocoa farm management, cocoa post-treatment, cocoa genetics, cocoa contamination, cocoa bread and pest control, social aspects on cocoa farms as well as all stages of the cocoa mass and chocolate production chain, chocolate ingredients and all session topics of the congress.
(The ZDS reserves the right to exclude proposals that are not in line with the congress themes).

The poster exhibition is part of the CHOCOTEC Conference 2024.

Daily opening hours:
Opening day: from 11:00 a.m. until the end of the conference

All other days: 1/2 hour before and until the end of the conference

The posters can be viewed during the conference breaks.
The poster slam and poster session will take place on December 11, 2024 from approx. 17:00.

Only papers by academic staff and students that correspond to the content of the conference will be accepted.
The ZDS decides on admission.

Only participants of the CHOCO TEC conference are allowed to visit the poster exhibition.

Poster exhibitors are not authorized to grant access to unauthorized persons.

Registration is made by returning the completed form.
Registration is binding and will be confirmed in writing.

Admission extends only to the presenter and the poster named in the registration.
The poster presenter undertakes to exhibit the poster for the entire duration of the conference.

The name should be stated on the registration form.
The speaker will be entered in the list of participants and is entitled to take part in the conference program.

By registering a poster, the poster presenter automatically registers for a special price of EUR 250.00 for the conference.
The presenter agrees to stay with his/her poster during the poster session and provide explanations.

The registration form must be returned to the ZDS by September 16, 2024.

The poster abstract must be submitted by November 21, 2024.

The scientific poster must be submitted by November 29, 2024.

Only registrations, abstracts and posters submitted by the deadline can be considered.

Please take the printed poster with you to the congress.
The ZDS team will assign your poster to a pin board.

The poster slam and poster session will take place on December 11, 2024.
Please prepare to present your scientific poster on stage within a maximum of one minute.
This approach should help the audience to find the posters/topics they are interested in.
